About The Position

H&K Chevrolet Inc. is seeking an Automotive Parts Manager to oversee and manage the parts department at our Continental, OH location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the parts inventory, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the service and sales departments with timely and accurate parts management. Experience in auto parts is not required. Full hands on training will be provided. If you have exceptional organizational skills, and are an quick learner on computers and in using excel systems this position could be for you.

Requirements

Strong organizational skills and proficient with computer systems and Excel.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and team members.
Proficiency with computer software and parts management systems.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
No DRAMA, we do not tolerate drama in the work place. We are all adults and are expected to act accordingly.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the parts department, including inventory control, ordering, and stocking.
Provide exceptional customer service to retail and wholesale customers.
Collaborate with service and sales teams to ensure parts availability and support vehicle repairs and sales.
Train, supervise, and motivate parts department staff.
Maintain accurate records of parts inventory, sales, and orders.
Analyze parts sales reports and adjust inventory purchasing as necessary.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
