Requirements
- Previous customer service experience
- Professional, dependable, and eager to learn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in business, sales, marketing, leadership, or customer experience
- No automotive or sales experience required — we provide training
Responsibilities
- Develop deep product knowledge of Buick, GMC, and Cadillac vehicles and technology
- Assist customers with vehicle features, demonstrations, and questions
- Work alongside experienced sales professionals and leadership
- Learn consultative selling, communication, and relationship-building
- Advance into commission-based sales responsibilities over time
