About The Position

Recon Manager Assistant Honda of Sumner, Sumner, Wa | Full-Time $23.00- $24.00 per hour Are you the kind of person who notices every detail and takes pride in making things look and run like new? We’re looking for a Recon Manager Assistant to help keep our pre-owned vehicles looking sharp and road-ready at our Honda of Sumner dealership. What You'll Be Doing: Writing up new vehicle descriptions Lot help Writing Pre-Delivery Inspection Repair Orders Working with service techs, detailers, and vendors to keep things moving Jumping in and helping the team problem-solve when needed What We’re Looking For: You’ve got experience in the auto world (service, recon, used car management, etc.) You’re organized and know how to manage your time You’ve got an eye for detail and know what a “retail-ready” car should look like You’re a team player and a solid communicator You're comfortable with tech and dealership software You’ve got a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Paid Time Off: All employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law.
Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees will earn an additional 40 hours of RAG PTO on each anniversary date to be used prior to the next anniversary date.
Following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees will earn 80 hours of RAG PTO on each anniversary date to be used prior to the next anniversary date.
