Veero Ford & Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a results-driven Automotive Product Specialist to represent both our Ford and Stellantis brands. In this role, you’ll help customers find the right vehicle for their needs, build lasting relationships, and guide them through the entire sales process. This position offers a structured training program, open access to incoming leads, and the full support of a management team that truly invests in your success. Requirements

  • Prior experience in automotive, retail, or customer service preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn CRM software
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
  • Positive, coachable attitude and willingness to grow
  • Available to work Saturdays when needed

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers to the dealership and identify their vehicle needs
  • Conduct test drives and showcase key features of new and pre-owned vehicles
  • Provide accurate pricing, payment options, and financing details
  • Maintain consistent communication with leads, customers, and prospects
  • Record all interactions in the CRM and follow standard sales processes
  • Build strong customer relationships through transparency and trust
  • Stay knowledgeable on new model releases, packages, and automotive technology
  • Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Assist with showroom setup, promotional displays, and vehicle presentation
  • Ensure a professional and customer-friendly atmosphere at all times
