Automotive Sales Product Specialist - Greenville & Washington
About The Position
Pecheles Automotive is growing in Eastern NC and we’re looking for motivated, people-focused individuals to join our sales teams in Greenville and Washington . Work with some of the most respected automotive brands, including Audi, Ford, Hyundai, Toyota, and Volkswagen , and be part of a supportive, fast-paced team. No car sales experience? No problem! If you have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and enjoy helping people, we’ll provide full training to help you succeed. Many of our top Sales Associates come from hospitality, retail, or customer service backgrounds and thrive here. Requirements
- Be driven, outgoing, and eager to learn new skills to meet & exceed sales goals
- Commitment to excellent customer service, including ability to create & maintain customer relationships
- Availability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays (5 days/week)
- Excellent record for consistent attendance and punctuality
- Maintain professional attire and appearance
- Valid Driver’s License
- Clean driving record
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer experiences by delivering professional, engaging, and knowledgeable vehicle presentations
- Successfully demonstrate vehicle technology and features
- Engage in continuing education and learning opportunities
- Meet sales and productivity goals
- Apply training to aid customers in vehicle selection and make recommendations
- Accurately track and follow up with all leads, prospects, and tasks utilizing the company provided software and technology
- Inspect inventory regularly and report concerns
