Requirements
- Automotive sales experience preferred (not required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Goal-driven, motivated, and team-oriented
- Valid driver’s license and basic CRM/computer skills
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with vehicle selection, test drives, and purchases
- Present pricing, financing, and leasing options
- Build repeat and referral business through outstanding service
- Stay current on inventory, incentives, and promotions
- Collaborate with finance and service teams to close deals
