About The Position

Automotive Service Advisor – Danville Auto (Danville, IN) Location: 605 E Main St, Danville, IN 46122 Hours: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–6:00 PM EST Earn: $55,000–$85,000 per year At GreatWater 360 Auto Care , we believe in better—better service, better teamwork, and better careers. Danville Auto is growing and looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor who loves helping customers, supporting technicians, and keeping the shop running smoothly in a positive, team-first environment.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of automotive service writing experience
• Strong communication & customer service skills
• Ability to manage workflow, multitask & stay organized
• Knowledge of automotive repair fundamentals
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools & shop management software
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Write repair orders & present recommended services clearly
• Manage scheduling, workflow, and daily shop operations
• Source parts, maintain inventory & ensure accurate invoicing
• Support sales execution & store performance goals
• Communicate consistently with customers & technicians
