About The Position

Voss Village Cadillac is hiring a full-time cashier/receptionist for the service department. Location: 650 Miamisburg-Centerville Road Voss Cadillac offers: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 2 weeks' vacation after the first year Holiday and Sick pay Weekly pay with direct deposit Employee Discount on Parts and Services Responsibilities of a Cashier: We are looking for an entry-level cashier. The Cashier is responsible for receiving payments from customers and printing invoices for the customer. Making sure the customer is taken care of before they leave the service department. Ensures that our records and files are kept current and in order needed for the service department. Ability to use a credit card machine and make changes when needed for the customer. Answering phones in a professional manner, taking messages, and routing calls as necessary. Maintaining the customer lounge area is organized and clean for the customers. There will be other support tasks assigned by the service and parts department.

Requirements

Basic computer knowledge
Strong communication skills
Ability to provide an excellent customer service experience
Must have a valid driver's license
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities
