About The Position

The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to join our expanding Fixed Operations leadership team.

As an Automotive Service Manager, you'll lead daily service operations while developing and coaching a high-performing team in a collaborative, fast-paced environment focused on continuous improvement. You'll have the tools and leadership support needed to drive results.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of successful Automotive Service Management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction and team performance
• Solid understanding of dealership operations (DealerTrack experience preferred)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• High School Diploma or GED required (college preferred)
• Flexible availability to support service operations
