About The Position

Automotive Service Technician – Join Our Crew! Average 60-90 flat rate hours a week. SIGN ON BONUS: $4,000 SIGN-ON BONUS ($2,000 at 3 months | $2,000 at 6 months) Do you love turning wrenches, solving problems, and making vehicles run like new? We’re looking for a skilled Automotive Service Technician who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a great team. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3 years automotive technician experience
Pennsylvania Inspection & Emissions License required
Own tools
Team player with a positive attitude
Comfortable using computers and shop software
Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, motor vehicle, and background check

Nice To Haves

ASE certification is a plus (but not required)

Responsibilities

Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance according to dealership and manufacturer standards
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and make accurate repairs
Work with the parts department to get the right parts quickly
Inspect vehicles for additional safety or maintenance needs
Communicate with service advisors about recommended repairs or timing changes
Document all work performed and recommendations on repair orders
Road test vehicles when necessary to ensure quality repairs
Stay up to date with manufacturer training, bulletins, and new technology
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Treat every customer vehicle with care and professionalism
