Requirements

Prior Automotive Technician/Mechanic experience
A genuine passion for automotive work
Punctuality and reliability – Being on time and ready to work is essential
A positive, can-do attitude
Personal toolset appropriate to your experience level
Strong communication and basic computer skills
Commitment to exceptional customer service
Ability to meet and exceed performance goals
High school diploma or equivalent
A valid driver’s license
