About The Position

Apple Autos is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warranty Administrator to join our team. The Warranty Administrator will be responsible for managing and processing warranty claims, ensuring that all process and paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently. Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of warranty policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in processing and documenting warranty claims.
  • Proficient in dealership management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

  • Ford and Chrysler experience is a plus
  • Reynolds & Reynolds experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Book, process and submit warranty claims to manufacturers or third-party providers according to company and manufacturer policies.
  • Review and verify warranty claims to ensure compliance with manufacturer and dealership standards.
  • Coordinate with the service department to obtain necessary information for warranty claim submission.
  • Track and follow up on all pending claims to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims, approvals, rejections, and payments.
  • Communicate with manufacturers and service technicians to resolve warranty issues.
  • Provide warranty-related support and guidance to the service department and customers.
  • Monitor warranty metrices and report on trends and issues to management.
  • Ensure compliance with all warranty-related policies and procedures.
  • Stay updated on manufacturer warranty policies, bulletins, and procedures.
  • Reconcile daily repair orders and day collection deposits.
  • Generate new Pre-Delivery Inspections and Clean for Delivery repair orders.
