Requirements
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to learn dealership processes and volume workflows
Nice To Haves
- Automotive window tint experience preferred
- Knowledge of ceramic and carbon films a plus
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality
Responsibilities
- Install automotive window tint on new and pre-owned vehicles
- Prepare vehicles properly (cleaning, masking, protection)
- Cut, apply, shrink, and finish tint film with precision
- Ensure bubble-free, clean, and uniform installs
- Follow dealership quality and safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized tint work area
- Coordinate with sales, service, and reconditioning teams
