Execute and improve Autonomous Maintenance activities such as inspection, monitoring and minor repairs at the assembly line. Quick reaction to downtime events, incl. resolution, documentation, or escalation to next level. Assess equipment for wear, leakage, corrosion, damages, contamination, cracks, missing screws, abnormal noise and vibration, and other abnormalities, and initiate corrective action in coordination with the Maintenance Planning team. Monitor and execute change of grease barrels, Loctite, oil, labels, etc. Monitor FPY and rejects, cycle time deviations, short technical interruptions, and initiate improvement in coordination with TEF and MFE. Extended support for Maintenance Planning at GEMBA and TPM team member, assigned to a shift and line. (documentation, position markings, bowl feeder maintenance, Preventive Maintenance execution) MFO support for technical training at assigned line, incl. Shiftbook entries, Theory of Constraints. Ensure accuracy of machine error codes, OPRA, MTS, and Shiftbook to enable efficient technical improvement or troubleshooting. Support Team Lead as needed, incl. but not limited to changeover, start-up and shutdown and setup activities, tool change, trial runs, adjustments, 5S improvements, managing the bottleneck, and escalations. Development path to maintenance technician as available. Multiple shifts available. This position begins with a 90-day introductory period. During this time, you’ll have the opportunity to learn the role, get to know the team, and demonstrate your skills. Successful completion of this period results in being fully hired on with the company.
