About The Position

Lead a team of Vehicle Operators and help run daily autonomous vehicle operations. This is a hands-on leadership role —you’ll manage the team while also working alongside them. Schedule Options Wed–Sun OR Fri–Tue 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM or 3:45 PM – 12:15 AM

Requirements

• 2+ years autonomous vehicle operator experience
• Active AVT permit
• Leadership or team lead experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years in AV or operations roles
• Instructor, lead, or management experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of vehicle operators
• Ensure safety and daily operations run smoothly
• Give feedback, coaching, and performance reviews
• Handle scheduling and basic admin tasks
• Work inside and outside vehicles as needed
• Act as a player-coach (lead by example)
• Help solve problems and improve operations
