We are hiring immediately for a part time AV EQUIPMENT COORDINATOR position. Location : Microsoft - 4200 150th Avenue North East, Redmond, WA 98052. Note: online applications accepted only . Schedule : Part time schedule. Monday through Friday, hours may vary. More details upon interview. Requirement : 2 years of previous related experience is preferred. Responsible for setting up, maintaining, and supporting audiovisual equipment for meetings and events, ensuring all systems function smoothly. Coordinates equipment needs, troubleshoots technical issues, and provides on-site support to deliver a seamless user experience. Associates may be required to assist in the field with equipment setup and strike. Other duties performed as assigned. Please upload resume with application. Assist Equipment Manager with overall support of the equipment inventory utilized within the department. Additionally, the associate will need to assist with the process/procedures, maintenance, upkeep and cleanliness of the department’s fleet vehicles. Operate various types of Audio/Visual equipment including, but not limited to analog and digital audio consoles, video switchers, wireless microphone systems, digital projectors, PA systems, consumer & studio video cameras, etc. Provide preventative maintenance to equipment inventory to ensure quality control measures are being met. Equipment Coordinator should also process a deep understanding of audio/video signal flow and have experience with AV infrastructure such as Crestron and Extron based systems. Summary: Responsible for setting up, maintaining, and supporting audiovisual equipment for meetings and events, ensuring all systems function smoothly. Coordinates equipment needs, troubleshoots technical issues, and provides on-site support to deliver a seamless user experience. Other duties performed as assigned.
