About The Position

As an AV Service Technician, you will have the opportunity to solve and troubleshoot audio, visual, controls, and security equipment in residential and commercial locations. You will interact with clients representing the Daisy brand and develop relationships to make lives easier through technology. Requirements

  • Experience in residential/commercial AV or automation with knowledge of overall concepts and configurations for categories of work and products within our industry are a must.
  • 3-5 years AV / Networking / Technology Integration Experience
  • Control4 Certified
  • Networking knowledge
  • High School Graduate or Equivalent
  • Ability to physically perform essential functions of the position - Lifting, bending
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Ability to pass a national background check for Alarm Agent requirements - Live Scan

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of support including end user training, troubleshooting, and follow through on escalation of issues.
  • Resolves system issues either proactively based on data or reactively based on client trouble identifying.
  • Collaborates on problem solving in both installation standards and provides challenges and successes during weekly Team meetings, allowing for participation in improving the company and having your voice heard.
