Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 7:30AM-4:00PM Job Role: Source and order parts in a timely manner, tracking orders and providing regular updates. Negotiate prices and contracts with suppliers to ensure the best prices. Maintain accurate records including order forms, purchase orders, delivery receipts, invoices, etc. Complete accounts payable/vendor entries and manage them. Reconcile entries in the accounting system. Prepare accounting records by compiling and analyzing account information. Reconcile company’s expenses to ensure accuracy in financial statements. Perform shipping and receiving duties. Ensure all parts and products are stored according to manufacturer guidelines. Issue parts and equipment keeping detailed records. Perform inventory management.

Requirements

  • Ability to identify and source required aircraft GSE and tools.
  • Ability to be resourceful in finding various sources and options for aircraft tooling and GSE.
  • Ability to build multiple supply chain resources for parts and tooling needs as a young business.
  • Ability to be on-site full time.
  • Ability to work with a team and thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and dynamic environment with a demonstrated record of achievement.
  • Excellence in business communications including written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills.
  • A high level of professionalism and integrity, highly organized, works well under pressure and balances multiple priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Google Applications.
  • Must have a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for aviation.
  • Ability to travel on behalf of the company (acceptable driving record, valid driver’s license and car insurance, and ability to travel by air).
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed, with prior notice.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3+ years of aviation experience required.
  • Quickbooks experience required.
  • Expense tracking and management experience required.
  • Familiarity with spreadsheets, formulas, and data analysis tools required.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50lbs.
  • Ability to work in an aircraft hangar which at times may be hot, cold, dusty, or loud.

  • EBIS experience highly preferred.
