Requirements

5–7 years of experience in a business or public‑sector environment.
Ability to work cross-functionally and maintain effective professional relationships across levels and disciplines.
Strong analytical, communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated project management skills; knowledge of program/project management tools and PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinates and synthesizes information, data, and materials across Aviation leaders, internal departments, and external partners to support clear, accurate, and timely decision‑making.
Develops presentations and refines analyses for a wide range of internal and external audiences, ensuring all content meets Authority standards.
Manages project timelines and work plans while supporting priority initiatives, including improvement projects, safety programs, sustainability efforts, and customer experience enhancements.
Collaborates across departments with urgency and professionalism while operating independently as a self‑starter in a 24/7 operational environment.
