About The Position

The Training Manager is responsible for leading a team of trainers and ensuring
the effective delivery of high‑volume, instructor-led and hands-on operational
training across multiple aviation service lines. This position is both strategic
and hands-on—responsible for coaching and developing a small team of trainers
while also directly facilitating training when needed.
