Humana is seeking a strategic and execution-focused AVP of Marketing Technology to lead a capabilities-based product organization that powers our next-generation marketing ecosystem. This leader will be instrumental in modernizing legacy platforms, enabling omnichannel personalization, and transforming how we engage prospects, members, and patients—through AI, Next Best Action (NBA), and emerging technologies. You will serve as a critical bridge between Marketing, IT, and Platform teams—translating business needs into scalable, compliant, and future-ready solutions. You’ll also lead the reimagination of marketing workflows and champion adoption across the enterprise. This leader will also be accountable for operationalizing the transformation of the MarTech organization—driving the shift to a dual-hat model where each capability lead acts as both a product manager and a practitioner embedded within agile pods. This structure enables real-time feasibility guidance and campaign acceleration.
