Role Summary The AVP, Partnership Success is a senior, client-facing leader responsible for the overall health, performance, and growth of assigned client partnerships. This role serves as the executive bridge between Ensemble and its clients, ensuring operational excellence, strong executive relationships, and measurable value delivery across the revenue cycle. This position is hybrid onsite in Tennessee, requiring regular in‑person collaboration with clients, leaders, and internal teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle, client delivery, or partnership management
  • Executive‑level client engagement experience
  • Strong financial, operational, and strategic leadership skills
  • Ability to work hybrid onsite in Tennessee and travel as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Outsourced revenue cycle or large‑scale healthcare services experience
  • Client integration or transformation leadership
  • CRCR, HFMA, or similar credentials

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the executive sponsor for assigned client partnerships, owning relationship health, satisfaction, and outcomes.
  • Build trusted relationships with C‑suite and senior client leaders, acting as a strategic advisor.
  • Lead executive business reviews, performance discussions, and long‑term partnership planning.
  • Own accountability for client performance across operational, financial, and quality metrics.
  • Partner with internal operations, readiness, and excellence teams to drive consistent execution.
  • Identify risks and opportunities; lead corrective action and continuous improvement.
  • Support client retention, renewals, and expansion through demonstrated value delivery.
  • Partner with sales, integrations, and executive leadership on transitions and expansions.
  • Represent the client voice internally to ensure alignment and responsiveness.
  • Lead, coach, and develop leaders within the Partnership Success organization.
  • Model Ensemble’s core values through people‑first, accountable leadership.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and ownership.
