We are seeking a dynamic B2B Platform Solution Consultant to be a B2B expert and serve as the primary technical resource in positioning, strategizing, and demonstrating the value of our comprehensive B2B marketing solutions. This role is pivotal in understanding customers' business and technical needs, driving alignment, and establishing our platform as their preferred choice. Serve as a trusted advisor to B2B clients, supporting sales teams with customer-facing presentations, live product demonstrations, and deep technical discussions that align Adobe’s capabilities with enterprise business needs. This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of technical knowledge, consultative selling skills, and the ability to encourage confidence in our platform’s ability to drive business outcomes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Pre-Sales Technical Expert – Proficient in key B2B areas, focusing on content but including data, customer journeys, and analytics, with a strong ability to optimize and integrate these elements for business growth. Strategic Storytelling & Demo Execution – Develop engaging stories and deliver customized product demonstrations using client insights, standard methodologies, and practical B2B examples. Market Insights – Develop and maintain deep expertise in B2B go-to-market platform solutions, including competitive analysis and emerging industry trends, to articulate Adobe’s outstanding value proposition. Improve sales enablement and scalability through improving knowledge transfer, crafting reusable assets, and guiding internal teams on standard methodologies for B2B client engagements. Project & Collaborator Management – Proven record leading multiple enterprise engagements, ensuring timely delivery of solutions that exceed client expectations. Customer-Focused Approach – Ability to prioritize business outcomes, understand enterprise client challenges, and drive solutions that deliver tangible return on investment. Expected Pay Range: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $147,800 -- $236,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $163,200 - $236,400 In New York, the pay range for this position is $163,200 - $236,400 In Colorado, the pay range for this position is $156,300 - $226,350 At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
