This position reports to the Director of Enterprise Business Systems and will work in our Katy, Texas office. Requirements

  • Must be a current student or recent graduate of a university or college.
  • Minimum of a rising sophomore level.
  • Coursework related to the internship role (Business, Marketing, Analytics, CIS, or related)
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets; interest in ecommerce operations and KPIs
  • Python for data analysis with ML algorithms
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Shopify familiarity (admin, products, collections, tags)

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the ecommerce team by improving business insights using Shopify + Power BI. This is hands-on and business-focused: reporting + execution support + recommendations.
  • Build and maintain a weekly ecommerce performance scorecard in Power BI
  • Analyze key KPIs: Seasonal Index revenue, top SKUs, discount/promo impact etc
  • Use Python for data cleanup, Machine algorithms, feed
  • Power BI Ecommerce Dashboard (weekly & monthly views, trend lines, top products, promo performance, seasonal plays
  • Funnel + cohort insight report: biggest drop-offs, top drivers, actionable recommendations
  • Promo/campaign recap playbook: what worked, what didn’t, next actions for future promos
