Back Office Support plays a key role in supporting the coordination of production, supply chain, inventory management, and customer experience to ensure efficient operations and high-quality product delivery. This role also involves managing vendor relationships, ensuring smooth communication and timely order fulfillment. Responsibilities

  • Special Order Processing: Handle and process special orders, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the shipping and receiving of inventory, ensuring that stock levels are maintained, and orders are fulfilled correctly. Assist with inventory audits, ensuring stock is tracked and discrepancies are addressed promptly.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to sales staff, including order processing, data entry, and general office support. Assist in preparing reports and documentation related to inventory and sales.
  • Customer Experience Support: Ensure smooth and efficient order processing to contribute to a positive customer experience. Assist with resolving operational issues impacting the customer experience, ensuring timely resolution.
  • General Back Office Duties: Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth daily operations, including supporting cross-departmental coordination.
