Responsibilities

  • Provide back‑up support to the Administrative Coordinator during absences or peak workload periods.
  • Assist with daily store administrative functions, ensuring compliance with Company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records, logs, and required documentation.
  • Support front‑end cash office operations, including: Safe counts and reconciliations Preparing tills and performing verified cash pickups Assisting with cashier over/short investigations Ensuring proper handling of checks, deposits, coupons, and gift cards
  • Ensure accuracy and security of all financial documents and transactions.
  • Assist with verifying employee time and attendance.
  • Help ensure accurate entry of schedules, edits, and adjustments as needed.
  • Communicate scheduling or timekeeping discrepancies to store leadership.
  • Maintain confidential employee files and documents in accordance with Company standards.
  • Assist in generating and submitting required store reports accurately and on time.
  • Ensure compliance with policies related to: Employment documentation Store audits Cash handling Safety and sanitation
  • Provide backup support to the service desk as needed.
  • Assist with customer inquiries, refunds, and issue resolution within established guidelines.
  • Support front‑end leadership with workflow, coverage, and service needs during peak periods.
  • Maintain effective communication with the Administrative Coordinator, Store Director, and department leadership.
  • Follow up on outstanding tasks, deadlines, and required documentation.
  • Assist with distributing store communications, postings, and updates.
  • Uphold all Company policies, procedures, and standards of honesty and integrity.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by store leadership.
