Snowmass Club is seeking Bag Staff / Outside Services Attendants to ensure every member and guest begins and ends their round with seamless service. Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • True passion for hospitality and service
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and team-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Enthusiastic, outgoing, patient, and solutions-focused
  • Frequent lifting up to 100 lbs
  • Bending, climbing, pulling, and standing for extended periods
  • Regular exposure to outdoor weather conditions including heat and cold
  • Ability to work around moving mechanical parts and moderate to loud noise levels

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 1+ year of related experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greet members and guests immediately with a friendly, professional presence
  • Assist with valet services and retrieval of golf bags and equipment
  • Support pre- and post-play needs including cleaning clubs and returning them to vehicles or storage
  • Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism at all times
  • Stage, clean, and stock golf carts daily
  • Track cart fleet information using Textron systems
  • Ensure carts are fully prepared and presentation-ready at all times
  • Set up and reset the driving range
  • Pick range balls and maintain practice facilities
  • Clean chipping and practice greens
  • Replenish refreshment stations with ice, water, and supplies as needed
  • Assist with tournament setup and breakdown
  • Support special projects and golf events as directed by the Director of Golf and Head Golf Professional
  • Keep all work areas clean, organized, and safe
  • Work flexibly based on business needs, including weekends and holidays
  • Maintain a polished, professional appearance
