Requirements

  • 1+ year bakery production experience preferred
  • Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety practices
  • ServSafe Certification (preferred)
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
  • Comfortable with early morning or overnight shifts
  • Strong teamwork and time management skills
  • 1+ year in customer service, food service, or retail preferred
  • Positive attitude and strong guest-first mindset
  • Basic math and cash-handling skills
  • Ability to operate POS systems (Toast)
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Reliable availability and commitment to schedule
  • Must be able to pass airport background check and badging process
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Flexible availability required (early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume travel environment

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and bake breads, pastries, donuts, and desserts to company standards
  • Operate ovens, dough conditioners, and fryers safely and efficiently
  • Follow recipes, production schedules, and portion control guidelines
  • Monitor bake times, temperatures, and product consistency
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe production station
  • Complete production logs and waste tracking
  • Rotate and stock ingredients, ensuring freshness
  • Support daily production goals in a fast-paced environment

  • Operate POS system (Toast) accurately
  • Prepare coffee and beverages with consistency and care
  • Keep pastry displays fresh, organized, and visually appealing
  • Rotate product and maintain merchandising standards
  • Support packaging, finishing, and delivery orders
  • Assist guests with menu knowledge and seasonal promotions
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming café environment
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily sales goals
