About The Position

Coborn's Central Bakery in St. Cloud, Minnesota is hiring for a Bakery Finisher/Packager II to join our remarkable team! As the Bakery Finisher Packager II, your job will be to finish and package bakery products. You will be responsible for icing, finishing and packaging products, to include set-up and operating of finishing and packaging equipment and machinery. You will oversee the Bakery Finisher and Packagers in the absence of the Production Lead. Additional Duties Include: All duties to be performed according to the established standard and in compliance with all company policies and procedures while maintaining regular, prompt attendance and availability for overtime as needed: Ice, finish and/or package bakery product by hand or feed product into packaging equipment ensuring proper quality standards are met. Responsible for the setting up and operating an on-line label system. Shut down equipment at the end of the day and ensure line is ready for operations the following day. Complete and file daily paperwork as required per department guidelines. Oversee the Bakery Finisher/Packagers in the absence of the Bakery Finisher/Packager Lead and assist in training new hires on packaging procedures. What's In It For Me?
