  • Understand and follow detailed instructions and procedures.
  • Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide consistent, high-quality customer service.
  • Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and standing.
  • Maintain clean and organized work environments.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service aligned with company standards and policies.
  • Oversee day-to-day bakery operations and department staffing.
  • Plan daily and weekly production and create staff schedules and assignments.
  • Supervise and train bakery staff.
  • Monitor product and service quality; maintain clean displays, work surfaces, and cases.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, employee safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Engage customers, provide samples, promote sales, and take bakery orders.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and records; order ingredients and supplies as needed.
  • Prepare batters, doughs, fillings, and icings; mix, portion, bake, and display products.
  • Read and follow recipes; organize and maintain clean work areas.
  • Recommend changes to inventory and pricing; adhere to uniform and grooming standards.
