Requirements

• Leadership or food service experience preferred
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Availability for opening, mid, and closing shifts
• Weekend and holiday availability required

Responsibilities

• Lead and support team members during shifts
• Provide exceptional guest service and resolve issues as needed
• Maintain cake quality, presentation, and store cleanliness
• Manage order flow during peak hours
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
