About The Position
The Lakewood Ranch Golf & Country Club is seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our growing Food & Beverage team.
Responsibilities
- Set up banquet rooms and event spaces according to event specifications (tables, linens, place settings, décor)
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, following proper service standards
- Ensure guests’ needs are met promptly and courteously throughout the event
- Clear tables, remove dishes, and maintain cleanliness of the event space
- Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and breakdown as needed
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and event coordinators to ensure smooth service
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Handle guest requests or concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary
- Break down event spaces and assist with cleanup after events
