About The Position
Bethesda Country Club is hiring Banquet Servers . This position takes food and drink orders and serves at banquet events, providing a memorable experience for members and their guests. This is a great opportunity to be part of a team with a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fun atmosphere. Banquet Server Essential Functions: Serve meals; place dishes by course in front of each person; serve from the left Keeps tables, dining room, and server/bar stations clean and tidy Solve member complaints as soon as they occur and advise supervisor as needed Work in a team environment
Requirements
- 1 year of food service/bartending experience preferred
- Background in customer service
- Ability to anticipate customer needs
