We're seeking an enthusiastic Banquet Server who is passionate about hospitality and eager to create memorable experiences for our banquet guests. Apply today! Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education degree (GED) preferred but not required; less than one-year related experience; or acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to be adaptable and flexible.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the set-up of tables, linens, chairs, etc. for banquet events.
  • Greet guests in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Answer questions about food, beverages and other restaurant/resort functions and services.
  • Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders in the point-of-sale system.
  • Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely matter.
  • Pre-bus tables between each course.
  • Monitor and observe guests dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service while responding promptly and courteously to any requests.
  • If applicable, prepare final bill, present check to guest, accept payment, and process through the POS system, thank guests for their visit and invite them to return.
  • Clean banquet area during and after events, perform side work during each shift as assigned and maintain clean and stocked service and dining areas.
  • Attends all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement.
