Established in 2000 and based in Atlanta, Georgia, Bobby Jones Links is a club management and development company serving private, resort, daily fee, and public courses. Located in Grand Blanc, Michigan, and managed by Bobby Jones Links, The Captain’s Club offers a premium public 18-hole golf course within the Woodfield Community. Designed by the legendary 1989 Ryder Cup captain, Raymond Floyd, the course is surrounded by protected wetlands and wildlife that never disappoint! The club is currently hiring for Banquet Servers.
Requirements
- Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages (May vary by state)
- Must have all certifications and licenses as required by local Health Department and Alcoholic Beverage Commission statutes
- Ability to enforce company policies and laws and regulations regarding consumption of alcohol.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the complete setup and breakdown of the banquet area
- Read and execute specifications listed on all Banquet Event Orders
- Circle around the event with trays of appetizers and beverages
- Serve and refill alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Incorporates safe work practices and safe food handling standards
- Advises supervisor of any service complaints
