About The Position

Join our Team in Banquets for the Adobe Bar & Grille at the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club! At the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club, we offer a picturesque setting for events and exceptional service that keeps our guests coming back. Join our team and help us create unforgettable experiences! Job Summary We are looking for motivated and friendly Banquet Staff to join our team on an as-needed basis. You will play a key role in ensuring our events run smoothly, providing top-notch service to our guests. Requirements

• Must have a valid Food Handler’s Card and Liquor License.
• Previous experience in food service or catering is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be at least 19 years old.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down banquet spaces for various events.
• Serve food and beverages to guests with a focus on quality and presentation.
• Clear tables and assist with post-event cleanup.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all service areas.
• Collaborate effectively with management, kitchen staff and event coordinators.
• Provide attentive service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Conform with all safety standards and use of all appropriate safety equipment.
• Follow good personal hygiene guidelines.
• Performs other duties, as assigned.
