  • Experience in banquet or event management, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

  • The ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee banquet operations, ensuring events are executed flawlessly.
  • Direct and support banquet staff, providing guidance and motivation.
  • Coordinate with clients and event planners to ensure all details are met.
  • Manage room setups, service, and breakdowns with efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Address and resolve any issues that arise during events, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation, and service standards.
  • Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.
