About The Position
Town and Country Resort is looking for an energetic Full-Time Banquets Public Area Attendant who takes pride in creating a spotless, inviting environment for our guests and event attendees. In this role, you’ll be part of the action—keeping our banquet spaces sparkling, supporting event setups, and ensuring every space reflects the warmth and excitement that make Town and Country truly one of a kind. Requirements
- Prior experience in housekeeping, custodial, or public area work preferred—hospitality experience a plus!
- Friendly, dependable, and service-oriented with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs and handle cleaning equipment and furniture safely.
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Passion for creating a clean, welcoming environment and being part of a vibrant team that celebrates every success enthusiastically!
Responsibilities
- Keep our banquet spaces and public areas gleaming—from polished floors to spotless restrooms, corridors, and service zones.
- Bring events to life by quickly refreshing spaces, clearing trash, and restocking supplies so every function shines from start to finish.
- Jump in with the team to set up and break down tables, chairs, and event equipment, keeping the flow smooth and organized.
- Respond quickly and professionally to guest requests, ensuring every detail supports an exceptional experience.
- Use cleaning tools, equipment, and chemicals safely while upholding our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Partner with the Banquets and Housekeeping teams to create seamless, memorable events that leave a lasting impression.
