About The Position
The Bar/Beverage Supervisor oversees the day-to-day bar and casino beverage service operations at Two Kings Casino. This role provides direct operational supervision of bartenders and beverage technicians while supporting the Beverage Manager in maintaining efficient, compliant, and high-quality beverage service across all casino beverage outlets. The Bar/Beverage Supervisor is responsible for ensuring operational readiness of bars, beverage service wells, and dispensing systems while maintaining exceptional guest service standards. This position reports directly to the Beverage Manager.
Requirements
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Catawba Gaming License as required by tribal and state authorities.
- Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
- Minimum of 2–4 years of bartending or beverage leadership experience in a high-volume hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, and cocktail preparation.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain required gaming or alcohol service licenses.
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work an alternate schedule as needed.
- Ability to work in a loud fast-paced environment (may occasionally be exposed to second-hand cigarette smoke).
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to reach with hands and arms; bend to open/use lower drawers or cabinetry; to talk, hear, and see.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities
- Provide daily operational supervision of bartenders and beverage technicians
- Ensure beverage service wells are properly stocked, organized, and operational throughout each shift
- Supervise bar operations including preparation, service standards, cleanliness, and guest interaction
- Monitor bartender performance and ensure adherence to beverage recipes, portion control, and service standards
- Assist with training and coaching bartenders and beverage technicians
- Monitor Easy Bar and Smart Bar systems to ensure proper operation and escalate issues to the Beverage Manager
- Assist with stocking, organization, and rotation of liquor, beer, wine, and mixers
- Support inventory counts and maintains proper stock levels throughout the shift
- Ensure beverage technicians maintain bar equipment, keg systems, mixers, and service wells
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bars, storage areas, and beverage stations
- Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws, Tribal Gaming regulations, and internal policies
- Address guest concerns and resolve service issues quickly and professionally
- Assist with shift coverage and operational coordination during high-volume casino operations
- Support the Beverage Manager in maintaining strong service standards and operational efficiency
- Perform other duties as assigned.
