Job Overview: Responsible for cooking ingredients for cocktails and prepping items for Bar Staff.

Responsibilities

To provide support to the entire bar team.
To make sure the bartenders have all the supplies needed to continually make drinks and assist guests.
To prepare all garnishing’s for cocktails.
Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment. Use equipment only as intended.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.
Maintain complete knowledge of all menu items, liquor brands, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic selections available.
Replenish supplies in Bars throughout shift.
Cook ingredients for cocktails.
Ability to work a varied schedule that may include early morning, evening, night, and weekend shifts.
