About The Position

As a Barber, you’re not just providing a service, you’re creating a moment. Your confidence, approachability, and attention to detail turn everyday appointments into standout experiences guests remember long after they’ve checked out. By working closely with the Spa & Salon team, you help keep operations running smoothly while raising the bar on what great guest service looks like.

Requirements

• 2+ years prior relevant barber experience
• Must currently hold a valid Barber's License
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 21 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Cultivate premium guest experiences that promote guest retention, through the recommendation of service enhancements, upgrades, and promotion of retail products
• Ensure alignment of departmental policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies
• Perform a range of services including but not limited to straight razor shaves, haircuts and beard trims, ensuring all services are concluded in allotted timeframes
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, and working knowledge of all products, and familiarity with latest trends and techniques to meet guest requests
• Address any guest complaints or concerns in a professional, courteous manner
