Upto 65% commission on services, and 20% on retail items. Our barbershop is seeking motivated Barbers, Hair Stylists, and Colorists who are eager to bring their skills to an our dynamic Barbershop. We want to hear from you! Lots of walk-in clientele to build your book. HIGH STREET TRAFFIC on FEDERAL HWY, next to Dunkin Donuts, and Chick-Fil-A. Duties BE Dependable, BE a Team Player, Be Consistent, Be memorable Provide expert barbering services including haircutting, beard trimming, straight razor shaves (barbers) , and grooming consultations. Perform in-chair consolations to each and every client and to best fit their face shape, lifestyle and desired look. Ability to listen to the clients request and direction through their service. Apply professional hair coloring using various techniques, including balayage, highlights, root touch-ups, and color corrections based on color theory principles (STYLIST/ COLORIST). Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations. Engage clients with excellent communication skills by understanding their needs, offering personalized recommendations, upselling retail products, and ensuring a memorable experience. Team player who communicates well with our front desk staff to promote teamwork and uphold high service standards. Understanding of sense of urgency to get the next client in the chair and works well in fast pace environment. Experience EXCEPTIONAL Men's haircuts , Attention to detail, Strong skills in shear work, and clipper cuts. Skillful at Fades is a plus. Understanding and ability to work with textured hair is a plus. Valid cosmetology or barbering license required. Proven experience with mens haircuts. Knowledge of sanitation protocols and store management procedures to ensure a safe environment. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships. We are not transactional here. Experience or willingness to learn about retail sales and upselling strategies to maximize revenue opportunities, as product sales are commissionable also. Ability to mentor team members while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting. Requirements

EXCEPTIONAL Men's haircuts
Attention to detail
Strong skills in shear work, and clipper cuts.
Valid cosmetology or barbering license required.
Proven experience with mens haircuts.
Knowledge of sanitation protocols and store management procedures to ensure a safe environment.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
Experience or willingness to learn about retail sales and upselling strategies to maximize revenue opportunities, as product sales are commissionable also.
