About The Position

As a Barista, you will play an important role in delivering a welcoming and efficient café experience. This position involves preparing beverages and food items, assisting guests with their orders, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities

Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, and food items according to established recipes and quality standards
Accurately enter guest orders into the point-of-sale system and handle cash or card transactions
Deliver friendly and efficient service to guests, creating a positive and engaging experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the café, following all company and regulatory standards
Complete opening, mid-shift, and closing tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
Ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered in a timely manner
Work collaboratively with team members to maintain efficient workflow during busy periods
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines while preparing and serving products
Assist with additional tasks as assigned by leadership
