The Bartender is responsible for providing exceptional service to members and guests by preparing and serving beverages, ensuring a welcoming environment, and maintaining the overall efficiency of the bar area. This role contributes to a positive dining and social experience while adhering to all safety and sanitation standards.

Requirements

Previous bartending experience required; strong mixology knowledge a plus.
Friendly, outgoing, and member-and-guest-focused attitude.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for long periods.
Valid Food Handler and TABC certification required within 30 days of hire date.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently to members and guests.
Engage with members and guests in a friendly, professional, and attentive manner.
Maintain knowledge of drink recipes, menu items, and specials.
Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow all responsible service guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking, glassware, and supplies.
Handle cash and electronic payments accurately and securely.
Assist servers and food runners with orders when necessary to ensure timely service.
Follow all club policies, health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Support a collaborative, team-focused environment to enhance the member and guest experience.
Other job duties as assigned.
