About The Position

Shaken, stirred, or with a salted rim- you know how to fill a glass. But it’s not just the drink; it’s the conversation that keeps patrons coming back. Friendly, fun, and perfectly paced, you juggle spirits both liquid and lively while creating a welcoming bar experience. Our bartenders are truly top shelf. As a Bartender you will: Deliver friendly, attentive service to ensure a great guest experience. Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards. Verify guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service. Accurately process guest orders and handle cash and credit transactions. Maintain bar stock levels and assist with inventory and restocking. Keep the bar area organized, stocked, and ready for service at all times. Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to support smooth service. Set up and break down the bar for opening and closing shifts. Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns. Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and local alcohol regulations. Requirements

  • ABC Certification required within 30 days of Hire, must be maintained on a current/valid status.
  • Meets state minimum age to serve alcohol.
  • High school diploma or general education degree GED.
  • The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Follow instructions without close supervision.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Required to pass a background screen, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
