Requirements

  • Previous serving and/or bartending experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset
  • Dependability and flexibility (including weekends/holidays)
  • Passion for hospitality and guest experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in high-volume or airport environments
  • Knowledge of Italian cuisine, wine, or craft cocktails
  • A natural ability to connect with guests and create memorable experiences

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, attentive service to guests in a fast-paced airport setting
  • Guide guests through our scratch-made Italian menu, including food and beverage recommendations
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (bartenders)
  • Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily features
  • Create a welcoming, energetic atmosphere for travelers from all over the world
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all food safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with team members to keep service smooth and efficient
  • Warmly greets, acknowledges, and takes guests drink and food order within 30 seconds of them entering the concept.
  • Accurately total, process and collect payments from guests to include, but not limited to, using the point-of-sale system.
  • Handles money, processes credit and debit card, makes change, while complying with the company’s Cash Handling and Loss Prevention Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant's menu and products. Make recommendations to guests to fit their needs, especially when questioned about potential food allergens.
