Current Shifts Available: This position requires availability to minimally cover the following shifts: (Wednesday–Friday schedule with some Tuesdays) • Tuesday–Thursday: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM • Friday: 12:30 PM – 2:00 AM Shift availability may vary depending on business demands. Bartender As a Bartender for Traditions Hospitality Group in our high-volume establishment, you'll be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of beverages to our guests while providing exceptional service. Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must be able to obtain an ABLE Liquor License.
- Must be able to obtain a Gaming License.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume bar environment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Must be able to wear a costumed uniform.
- Must be able to work in a smoky environment.
- Stand, walk, and work in a high-volume environment for extended periods.
- Lift and carry moderate to heavy objects, including cases of beverages and kegs.
- Moderate to high noise levels.
- Exposure to a smoky environment.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume bar environment preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with speed and accuracy.
- Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, taking orders and offering recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bar tops, utensils, and equipment.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, following established procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed during shifts.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
