About The Position

Bartender – Trapper's Sushi (Silverdale, WA) Pay: $17.13 per hour + Tips Trapper's Sushi is bringing our fun, fast-paced, high-energy bar experience to Silverdale, and we're looking for an outgoing, skilled Bartender to join the team! If you can mix a solid drink, keep conversations flowing, and create a vibe that makes guests want to stay for "just one more," you'll fit right in. Position Overview The Bartender is responsible for crafting cocktails, pouring beer and wine, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining a clean, organized bar. This role requires accuracy, speed, personality, and strong teamwork with both FOH and BOH staff.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of bartending or bar service experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of common cocktails, beer, wine, and sake (training provided).
  • Must hold or obtain a MAST Certification .
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Availability on nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

  • Washington Food Handler Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare cocktails, pour draft beer, wine, and sake according to company recipes and standards.
  • Provide an upbeat, welcoming bar experience to all guests.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout the shift.
  • Check IDs and follow all Washington alcohol service laws and TABC requirements.
  • Upsell beverages, specials, and menu items responsibly.
  • Handle cash, credit transactions, and POS operations accurately.
  • Assist with opening/closing tasks including inventory counts, stocking, and cleaning.
  • Communicate with servers, hosts, and kitchen team to keep service running smoothly.
