About The Position

PIER 290 Restaurant in Williams Bay, WI is looking for energetic and personable Bartenders to join our team! As a bartender, you’ll prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, interact with customers, take orders, and provide outstanding service at the bar, on the patio, and even on the beach. Requirements

Appropriate Alcohol Certification
Previous bartending or restaurant experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of mixology, cocktails, and beer/wine preferred
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for hospitality
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar guests and servers
Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations based on preferences
Create a welcoming and engaging environment for guests at the bar and beyond
Check customer identification and ensure responsible alcohol service
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels at the bar
Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards
Process payments accurately and efficiently
Work as part of a team to ensure smooth bar and dining operations
