About The Position

We are looking for a talented and energetic bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, engaging with guests, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. A strong knowledge of drink recipes and a commitment to excellent customer service are essential.

Requirements

• Proven bartending experience preferred
• Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and possess any required certifications (e.g. TIPS or equivalent)
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
• Greet customers, take drink and food orders, and provide recommendations
• Check identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area, tools, and supplies
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and manage tabs
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations and safety standards
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction
• Manage opening and closing duties for the bar
